Putting Fibers on Our Diet

Studies to date do not prove that colon and rectal cancers are due to lack of fibers on our diet. But through researched, evidence showed that countries that consumed of high fiber diets have strikingly lower tendency of this cancers. However, fiber diets play some role in the prevention of these disease. We considered stresses a factor that contribute for the developments of this cancers. Like for instance to modern lifestyle. But there is still time to eliminate the risk by eating food rich in fibers like, unpeeled apple, pineapples, unpeeled potatoes, any vegetables raw and unpeeled, whole wheat grains. And take much liquid everyday, especially H2O ( 6 glasses a day). If you have any trouble of disposing everyday, maybe it is time for you to switch on your diet.
