Lovely Day!!

Spring is back. I am very excited waiting for this season. Greener surroundings make a lot different. Now, i can go out with my flip flop on. Need to expose my skin to sunlight for Vitamin D enhancement. Sometimes i am a little bored doing the same thing inside the house. I felt dizzy going from one corner to another, seems terrible. I was preparing a bunch of seeds couple of months ago ready for the spring. Pretty much an inexpensive a dollar for one packet, not too bad. There some left overs for the next planting season, if it's still working fine. I need to plant more veggies and fruit trees for our daily consumption. I 'll make sure it would be an organic one. I am very confident to eat healthy foods, when i got it from our back. I t is 100% safe. It will only take time and effort to do it. But what is time after all. I heard stories about the difference b/w fresh and frozen food. It is up to you, if you still remain eating those food, not to do something about it.

Social Network

Sorry guys, it is been too long for me, of not opening my site. I am back again. Wonderful day at the Ozarks, cool and refreshing, isn't it nice? We are lucky to have these 4 seasons to enjoy with. It is exciting, you know. From a hottest weather to a moderate one, but we experienced the coolest too!!!.. he, he, he.. what the heck of it as long as we enjoyed. Hold your horse high, oh my goodness, sounds like holding your breath, but the meaning is quite different. I was controlling myself very much not to intervene people from a social network, argued their personals and publicly displayed their dispute on. We have freedom of speech, but with common sense anyways, with professionalism and etiquette. The comments and postings could mislead you too!!! I heard feedback and hearsay about losing a job of posting negative comment on his wall. Sad to hear this things going on. I should say, we can do what we like to do but not beyond we can't. Should have limitations always. Pushing yourself of to much exposure in network can lead us failures. Hope we can see our positive out-look in this matter. Thank you.

HEALTHY LIFE STYLE

I am back again. For your info i was busy couple of months of analyzing how to change our way of living in this stressful and depressant world, into a healthy life style way of living. I was trying to read and gather some informative articles from a professional outlets. The reason i did it, for us to live a better life and longer. And i will be able to help those who suffer from diseases. These are only few basic steps to follow and guidance; Common vices through-out the world are "SMOKING" and excessive eating Western food. We talk about smoking, it is the number 1 cause of Chronic diseases and can harm others too. Some advices for you to help quit smoking; a) Aim yourself to quit smoking. 2) Avoid going to the area where people are smoking, just fight the urge to go to the place of free smoke facilities.3) Keep yourself busy in physical activities by working outside.4) And lastly, inform your friends that you are working in transition of quit smoking and you need their support. Huddle it, by aiming a positive attitude that you can do it. Secondly, obesity is one common diseases of food intake. The habits of eating good and tasty foods with- out awareness of what you take- in is very much unhealthy and ended you to be big problem and die immature. I am a little bit educated the way i handled our eating habits at home. I am not bragging but my hubby loss 20 lbs for 2 months. You only need patience and perseverance. Follow the diet everyday, what's good or not. Here are a few steps for you to follow; a) cut down Saturated fat. sugar and salt. b) Eat vegetables , fruits and whole grains c) and do physical activities or exercise 30 minutes or more everyday. These are only basic but it is very helpful anyway. Now, my hubby is very happy looking up himself on the mirror with no stored fats. And he feels like a new man. What would you do?

A man from one of our states won a big Prize in Power Ball... How much? Big money, $258 million dollars. He is an ordinary employee in a convenient store earning $7.00 an hour with 3 children is not enough for their needs. He showed up and was interviewed with front teeth lost. Finally, he said, he can buy now " teeth". It's hilarious but sometimes fortune comes in your way. He is so lucky that he can't hardly believe he is a millionaire by a clicked. First of all, it was shocking. If you are not ready to become rich is the problem because you don't know money management and cause you problems anyway. Some financial institutions keep on calling at you night and day for you to invest. I am sure he had no enough sleep thinking of where to put his money in a safe place to be. Swindlers are always been at the back, searching for means to get out your money. In the first place, money management is so simple if you think surely the future. A simple guidance in details; 1) Where you live , what you live and how much worth? 2) Think about your nearest kins future and yourself, deposit a CD each one of your kins, enough interest withdrawn every month for their needs and yourself. 3) Buy properties like, lands, building or businesses . That's the best ideas that i will do...if i am lucky to have that..

Would you be on a diet?

I exactly agreed to people who said they need to loss weight. Why? because of health reasons. But, you think artificial methods makes it healthy for you to do so? Some situations will probably interest you. Keep in mind that pills have a chemical reactions into our body systems. The said chemicals surely does a side effects as we continue on taking it. We are not complacent enough to notice what will be the result after all.In my musings, i 'd rather use a natural way of losing weight. I will give you some examples; we did on our ways. I worked for my hubby's diet everyday. Here are the list of his diet; Morning; 2 glasses of coffee for memory enhancement, 2 toast of breads and fruits. Lunch; anything liquid , soup or nothing and on Supper; any kind of lean meats, potatoes and veggies. (this will be vice versa menu either lunch or supper) We avoid soda on our meals and so with the in- between snacks. This style of dieting really worked for us. Now my hubby on his late 60's, he is still able to do something that younger ones can do. If you want to learn some more about his check me out. Thanks for reading.

A REFRESHING DAY

I just finished our tax.It made my day so fruitfull. Onething good about it is, I will be able to sleep at ease not thinking lots figures.Now i am taking it easy. Spring season is in,so i am going to do working on my garden pretty soon.We did lots of burning couple of days ago. All my labored from last year did worth so much. Fruit trees are coming up and so with strawberries. I thought it wont go through because i didn't put mat in it last winter.It was the coldest winter that we ever had. Thanked goodness, we made it.I could emagine,how nice the 4 seasons. It is really amazing and exciting too. As if all the trees were dead on winter then,it will blossoms by spring. I can see how the hands of our Almighty works.I am holding my horse head for the outcome of my veggies. I guess, my flowers are blooming this year.

Knowing your lover if he/she is ready to get into Marriage


These are tips for you to know if your lover is ready to settle down. I read this from a magazine , i thought this is a good topic to share it here. There are 8 tips; " Note: it should be discussed in a private and quiet place, to give each other a chance to answer honestly." Ask your lover these 8 questions then take note his/her answers. And reflect yourself if you have similar point of view. Here are the 8 questions; 1) How do you believe in spending money? 2) What's your thought about starting a family? 3) If i get sick how will you take care of me?4) What is your envision? 5) Do you still think about your ex-lover? 6) Has your lover told you that , she scared of her former lover? 7)Is your lover good in problem solving?8) How does your lover deal when you screwed -up? I will tell you this right now, if the answers were maybe, i guess, not really, not that i know up, 1 day millionaire, talking her/his past experiences about dating, anxious of a relationship or have some fear, no vision in the future, blaming each others faults and not good in solving problems.
