The right way in Eating Fruits
My friend shared me of how fruits play an important role in weight loss. First of all, a nutritionist said, Fruits should be eaten with empty stomach or before meals. Why? When you eat the fruit that way, it will detoxify your system, supplying full energy and it is dealing with weight loss and everyday activities in our life. Example: eating 2 slices of bread and a slice of fruit. The fruit cannot go straight to the stomach and to the intestine because it is prevented from doing so. In the meantime the whole meal will rots and ferments and produced acid. By the time the fruit enters the stomach and in contacts with the food intake the entire mass of food spoiled. Others are complaining about burping, bloating and even i am about to go. It would not be happening if you eat the fruits before the meals or with an empty stomach. One more thing, it helps in reducing graying hair, balding, dark circles around the eyes and nervous outburst. All fruits should be eaten in the right way. Juices and fruits should be fresh, not in cans and not cooked either, because you destroyed the nutrients and vitamins in it. Eating the whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. But when you drink the juice make sure it is directly full into your mouth to make it pure and no saliva mix before swallowing it. She advices also to eat fruit and drink juice in the right way just fasting for 3 days it will really cleanse your body. You will surprise how your friends admire you. Looking great and radiant. Here are the list of fruits; apples, kiwi, strawberry, orange, guava and watermelon. Thank you for your time reading this simple guide to follow for a better health...

What's Nice about 50's
Life begins on a golden year 50's. Really means that you will be becoming smarter as the year goes on. What's nice about it? Oh!!! first of all, you will be thankful of the years passed by with lots of experiences. Second, you look at yourself great and said i made it through this year. And lastly, you are looking forward for more years to come. I was then celebrating my golden year. And that was last year. Sorry for the late coverage, but anyway i will share you a brief story about it. First of all, my better half planned ahead of time to make it happened. And so with our Filipino friends who are fun of partying. We were busy preparing then liked; printing a souvenir t-shirts, machining a rotisserie for grilled pork (LECHON) and building up a Phil-Am flag. We named the party "Escape from Reality" which means they have to enjoy our place away from stressful place where they came from. Mostly, i had a chanced to invite my Filipino friends. I got a majority numbers invited. My friends from Texas were here, the day before. They are a very good friends of mine and helped me a lot in organizing my party. We did the grilling of pig late night, so it should be done early morning. What bad about it? the pig was huge liked 200 pounders and it was hard for the rotesserie to turn it easily. What my hubby did was to cut off the in between part and tied up the head and the butt portion. As if the same whole pig again. I really appreciated my hubby of his patience and perseverance of watching the grilled until early morning. We were very tired that night, but we made sure the following day, we will be refreshing to meet our visitors. We had huge crowd that day. About 10:00 a.m. lots of visitors showed up. They helped me setting up the tables and food. One thing i obeserved, we had cooperation all the time. We started the banquet noon, followed by blowing cake candles, opening of gifts which were awesome and the funniest one was the gag gifts. That was a swank and ridiculous. Some of the guests went to boat riding and some were just on the river site seeing. There was a short dance. There were still visitors showing up in the afternoon. That was really a great celebration. I am very proud of myself even if i am new to where i am. I still have friends around me. Lastly, i would like to thank my hubby (Bill) for his undying love, support, patience and perseverance. To my son (Nicko) for being there for me and to his dad helping him the hard work. And to all my friends especially my friends in Texas for their helping hands to make the party possible. I love you all. Thanked you Lord for all the blessings.

DIVERTICULAR DISEASE

This disease is common to people ages 40 and older. A presence of DIVERTICULA, which are small outpouchings on the wall of our colon. No symptoms notice unless inflammations and infections occur. The infection is called diverticulitis. Which you experience alternate constipation and diarrhea as well as mild cramping abdominal pain at the lower left abdomen. Sometimes, you have a rectal bleeding in a large amount or unnoticeable except through laboratory testing for bowel movement. Causes is probably aging. But exactly the cause is not yet certain. There might be a pressure component because it usually occurs in the lower area where pressure is normally present. It is not too much of a problem 20% to 25% of people who have this disease. It is not contagious. You can avoid this by eating light food to soften your stool, that no need pressure. If there is an acute inflammation or other complications, a surgery is recommended,to remove the diverticula. Prevention is necessary by eating the right kind of food for a diet. There is also a Diverticular disease which is on our ESOPHAGUS. The symptoms would be, when you experienced difficulty in swallowing food, feeling fullness and pain in chest, regurgitation and bad breath, night cough and pneumonia(because you inhaled the food in the pouch). One cause is you have a diverticula since birth. And it will become bigger in size as you age. In most cases diverticula esophagus can be located high in the neck. You can noticed the swelling of your neck. As the outpouch is filled up with food, it enlarged and you have a difficulty in swallowing food. And it keeps on increasing the size gradually every year. No treatment recommended but to remove the diverticulum if needed. It is not contagious either. There are different kinds of esophageal diverticulum. But the most severe and hassle one is on the high part of your neck. This is an awareness for us, who experienced pain on different areas of our body. You can distinguish the difference between colon cancer and diverticulosis diseases. I hope this blog would bring much help .. Thank you...for reading this...

Putting Fibers on Our Diet
Studies to date do not prove that colon and rectal cancers are due to lack of fibers on our diet. But through researched, evidence showed that countries that consumed of high fiber diets have strikingly lower tendency of this cancers. However, fiber diets play some role in the prevention of these disease. We considered stresses a factor that contribute for the developments of this cancers. Like for instance to modern lifestyle. But there is still time to eliminate the risk by eating food rich in fibers like, unpeeled apple, pineapples, unpeeled potatoes, any vegetables raw and unpeeled, whole wheat grains. And take much liquid everyday, especially H2O ( 6 glasses a day). If you have any trouble of disposing everyday, maybe it is time for you to switch on your diet. I am very much happy to share to you my secret of being healthy inside and outside. Thank you for reading..

Belated Christmas Shopping
It is our scheduled to have a family get together every January. That would be our Family Christmas party. Before, we hold it at Chicago during Martin Luther King's holiday. We set that day, so the children have no school, work and have time. Couple of years, they wanted that party would be here in our house. It is really an advantage on our part not to drive 8 hours going to a windy, cold place. It is not an easy task of being a hostess and a host. We make sure that everybody will enjoy and have so much fun. We are planning to create a new idea of giving our gifts. We are thinking about one gift gags and the other real gifts. I was with my hubby yesterday, looking for gifts. We did window shopping first then finally decided to buy. That was a good buy. Stuffs are cheaper after seasons over than what i thought would be. You can bargain a lot. When i bought a Nike jacket for my son it was only $28.00. The original price was $85.00 markdown by 50% less another sales discount plus tax. And all the christmas decors are slashed down so much to a dollar. Now i have in my mind not in a hurry buying Christmas stuffs during the seasons. I, personally is pretty much practical in shopping in order to save. I am looking forward to see my family enjoying the place. See you all..
