Lovely Day!!

Spring is back. I am very excited waiting for this season. Greener surroundings make a lot different. Now, i can go out with my flip flop on. Need to expose my skin to sunlight for Vitamin D enhancement. Sometimes i am a little bored doing the same thing inside the house. I felt dizzy going from one corner to another, seems terrible. I was preparing a bunch of seeds couple of months ago ready for the spring. Pretty much an inexpensive a dollar for one packet, not too bad. There some left overs for the next planting season, if it's still working fine. I need to plant more veggies and fruit trees for our daily consumption. I 'll make sure it would be an organic one. I am very confident to eat healthy foods, when i got it from our back. I t is 100% safe. It will only take time and effort to do it. But what is time after all. I heard stories about the difference b/w fresh and frozen food. It is up to you, if you still remain eating those food, not to do something about it.

The best food with rich in Vitamin D



As i observed people here in America loved to eat smorgasbord style. They loved eating a lot. You can see a lot of them have good appetite in eating. I guess it is not a bad thing than not eating at all. But the point is, were they eating the right kinds or just eating until the tummy is filled up?. I read in the newspaper today of how to obtain lots of Vitamins from the food you ate. Like for an instance,the sunshine Vitamins which is Vitamin C,75% of us are not getting it. It is good to strengthen bones.Exposure to sunshine for a little bet especially early morning about 10 to 15 minutes a day helps ward off illnesses including cancer and heart diseases. Some researcher found out that people with rich in Vitamin C has less tendency in stroke and heart attack. Those ages 50 and up are susceptible in Vitamin D deficiency because as we age our kidney is no longer active to covert Vitamin D, that is why we need supplement. Here are some recommended food rich in Vitamin D:

shiitake mushrooms, egg yolks, fresh farmed salmon, fortified cereal, sardines and fortified orange juice.
